The terms and conditions bind the contract between the user, who makes the reservation and the company, in this case Bed Chambers. The client will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions before making a booking with Bed Chambers.

Booking confirmation

The booking will be confirmed only once the guest receives the confirmation email sent by our company. 

Price

The prices for the accommodation are quoted in Indian rupee (unless specified otherwise). The quoted price does not include the Goods and Services Tax (unless mentioned otherwise) which must be paid by the occupant.

Method of payment

The payment for the required accommodation booking can be done through credit/debit card, UPI or simply cash payment. Full payment must be made prior to the duration of your stay.

Check-in and Check out

Guests can check into their preferred apartment after 2 pm on the day of their arrival. They can collect their keys from the reception desk. The apartment must be vacated by 10 am on the day of your departure and the keys must be left inside the apartment.

Occupancy rule

The guests are responsible for ensuring that the number of occupants in the room is the same as mentioned in the booking confirmation email sent by our company. We retain the right to refuse admittance to additional guests if we feel that the commitment made prior to the booking has been breached.

Facilities

Our serviced apartments are fully furnished and luxurious in style and comfort. They are equipped with all modern and elegant facilities which include spacious rooms, stylish interiors, high-speed wi-fi, outdoor parking, housekeeping, fully loaded kitchen and professional staff to take care of all your needs and preferences.

 

Pets

No pets are allowed inside the accommodation premises. Any infringement of the specified rule will attract a penalty by the company.

 

Loss of property

Neither we nor our representatives can be held accountable for any loss or injury to your personal items or baggage. This, however, excludes any mechanical failure that arises out of our service.

Damage to property

Guests are responsible for ensuring that no damage is done to any property of the serviced apartments. Apart from any natural wear and tear, it is the responsibility of the guest to see that all utensils, equipment and other supply is unharmed and tidy at the end of their stay period. In case of any damage done, they must immediately contact our local representatives and bear the cost of repair or replacement set in the agreement. 

Cancellation

If the guests want to cancel their booking in our serviced apartments, they must intimate us in advance. A 15-day prior notification will result in a full refund of the booking amount. However, an intimation before 15 days from the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire booking amount.

  1. The conditions mentioned are acknowledged and accepted by the client on behalf of all the guests at the time when payment for booking is made.
  2. The procedure of booking is complete only when we send you an email that confirms your reservation with us.
  3. Payment of the booking must be done in Indian rupees only.
  4. All the quoted prices do not include the Goods and Services Tax (unless otherwise mentioned) which needs to be paid at the prevailing rate.
  5. If a client wishes to extend the duration of their stay with us, they must provide an intimation in advance as soon as possible.
  6. Extension of a client’s stay is not guaranteed. It is subject to availability at the time of intimation.
  7. The provision of services and accommodation given by us is subject to any unforeseen and uncontrollable event.
