Exclusions: – Meals/cooking services are not included(Cook available @ 1000/day) – Taxes 12% applicable. – Extra Bed @ 500/day. – Extra Guest @800/day. – Electricity 12/unit. Cancellation policy: -This is the non- refundable Booking, If amended and changed after the confirmation, all reservation amount would be non-refundable. Check In Time – 2:00 PM ID & Address proof are mandatory .Any outstanding dues needs to be cleared at the time of check in . Early Check In are chargable, as per availability Check Out Time – 10:00 AM Late checkout is chargeable as per availability AMENITIES

• Wifi: Individual routers are placed inside each apartment for a better wifi experience
• LINEN & MATTRESS: 9-inch Mattress, Fresh Bedsheet, Duvet, Pillow Cover, Soaps, Shampoo, and Towels will be provided.
• APPLIANCES: Fridge, Common Washing Machine, Microwave Oven, Electric Chimney, Hair Dryer, Iron, and a 43′ inch T.V. withcable connection.
• CLEANING & SECURITY: Free housekeeping service will be provided once a dayincluding Public Holiday. The apartment building is only accessible via access card. The building is under CCTV surveillance and a caretaker/security person is stationed in the apartment building for 24 x 7
• UTENSILS: Providing : Cooking Pan, Glassware, Crockery, Cutlery and all necessary utensils

• NO SMOKING: All our apartments have smoke detectors installed, Smoking is not allowed inside our apartment, You can smoke in Balcony
• INFORM US: In case you face any issue kindly inform the Manager or Host immediately. We shall not be able to provide any refund if the issues are raised post-checkout. Any damage to the property is 100% chargeable.
• REGISTERED VISITORS: No Visitors will be allowed post 9 PM. No extra guest/visitor will be allowed to stay overnight. All visitors should leave by 9 PM.
• OCCUPANCY: Studio Apartment: 2 Guests 1 BHK: 2 Guests 2 BHK : 4 Guests 3 BHK : 6 Guests Extra Occupancy is chargeable
• PARTIES: Loud music, parties, illegal substances, or drugs are not allowed inside the property.
• ELECTRICITY: Electricity charges are on actual consumable basis INR 12/Per Unit.
